Seen it yet? The Museum Selma is coming to town for the first time.
Those who were out and about with a keen eye in October might have already spotted it: the very first campaign introducing the Museum Selma to its future home city of Cologne.
“She’s here to stay”: This is one of the statements that has been flashing across digital billboards on Cologne’s streets since the beginning of October.
She? Who is she?
Many viewers must have wondered. Because when she came to the city, nobody knew her name yet.
That’s why it wasn’t mentioned in those first few days. “She’s here to stay” – so Cologne was initially looking forward to an unknown.
It was only since the museum’s name was presented to the public – on October 22nd, precisely on Selma’s name day – that the campaign in Cologne’s urban area also revealed who was actually coming.
“Say hello to her,” another motif calls out to passers-by in Cologne. We’d be happy if you do the same. At hallo@museum-selma.de or on Instagram.
The campaign was sponsored by Ströer.
